“Let everyone (A)be on guard against his neighbor,
And (B)do not trust any brother;
Because every (C)brother utterly [a]betrays,
And every neighbor (D)goes about as a slanderer.
Everyone (E)deceives his neighbor
And does not speak the truth.
They have taught their tongue to speak lies;
They (F)weary themselves committing wrongdoing.
Your (G)dwelling is in the midst of deceit;
Through deceit they (H)refuse to know Me,” declares the Lord.
