Let the proud be ashamed, for they dealt perversely with me without cause; but I will meditate on Thy precepts.
Let the proud be put to shame; for they have overthrown me wrongfully: But I will meditate on thy precepts.
Let the arrogant be ashamed and humiliated, for they sabotage me with a lie; But I will meditate on Your precepts.
Let the proud be put to shame, for they dealt perversely with me without a cause; but I will meditate on Your precepts.
Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.
Let the arrogant be put to shame for slandering me with lies; I will meditate on your precepts.
But let the arrogant be ashamed because they oppressed me with lies— meanwhile, I will be contemplating your precepts!
Let the proud be ashamed, because they wrong me with lies; as for me, I will meditate on your precepts.
Put down those proud people who hurt me with their lies, because I have chosen to study your teachings.
Let the proud be ashamed; for they have acted perversely towards me with falsehood: as for me, I meditate in thy precepts.
Bring shame on those proud people who lied about me. All I want to do is study your instructions.
Proud men should be ashamed! They have spoken lies against me.
Let the arrogant be put to shame, because they have wronged me with lies. As for me, I will meditate on your precepts.
Let the insolent be put to shame, because they have wronged me with falsehood; as for me, I will meditate on your precepts.
Let the insolent be put to shame, because they have wronged me with falsehood; as for me, I will meditate on your precepts.
Make ·proud [arrogant] people ashamed because they ·lied about me [perverted me with lies]. But I will ·think about [meditate on] your ·orders [precepts].
Let the proud be ashamed: for they have dealt wickedly and falsely with me: but I meditate in thy precepts.
Let arrogant people be put to shame because they lied about me, ⌞yet⌟ I reflect on your guiding principles.
May the proud be ashamed for falsely accusing me; as for me, I will meditate on your instructions.
Let the arrogant be put to shame for slandering me with lies; I will meditate on Your precepts.
Make the proud people ashamed because they lied about me. But I will think about your orders.
May the arrogant become ashamed, because they have subverted me with deceit; as for me, I will meditate on your precepts.
¶ Let the proud be ashamed, for they dealt perversely with me without a cause, but I will meditate in thy precepts.
Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.
Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.
May the arrogant be ashamed, for they wrong me with lying; But I shall muse on Your precepts.
Let the arrogant be put to shame, because they have wronged me with lies. As for me, I will meditate on your precepts.
Let the proud be disgraced, for they have cut me down with all their lies. But I will concentrate my thoughts upon your laws.
With your very own hands you formed me; now breathe your wisdom over me so I can understand you. When they see me waiting, expecting your Word, those who fear you will take heart and be glad. I can see now, God, that your decisions are right; your testing has taught me what’s true and right. Oh, love me—and right now!—hold me tight! just the way you promised. Now comfort me so I can live, really live; your revelation is the tune I dance to. Let the fast-talking tricksters be exposed as frauds; they tried to sell me a bill of goods, but I kept my mind fixed on your counsel. Let those who fear you turn to me for evidence of your wise guidance. And let me live whole and holy, soul and body, so I can always walk with my head held high. * * *
Let the proud be ashamed, for they have been wicked to me in falsehood, but I will meditate on Your precepts.
Let arrogant people be put to shame because they lied about me, yet I reflect on your guiding principles.
Shame the proud for leading me astray with falsehood, that I may study your testimonies.
May the arrogant be put to shame, because they lead me astray with a lie; But I shall meditate on Your precepts.
May the arrogant be ashamed, for they subvert me with a lie; But I shall meditate on Your precepts.
May the arrogant who oppress me without cause be put to shame; I will meditate on your commands.
Make proud people ashamed because they lied about me. But I will think about your orders.
May the arrogant be humiliated, for they have slandered me. But I meditate on your precepts.
May proud people be put to shame for treating me badly for no reason. I will think deeply about your rules.
May the arrogant be put to shame for wronging me without cause; but I will meditate on your precepts.

May the proud be put to shame for wronging me with a lie, but I will meditate on Your precepts.
Let the proud be humiliated, for they sabotage me with a lie; still I will fix my mind on Your directives.
Let the proud be disappointed, for they have overthrown me wrongfully. I will meditate on your precepts.
They that be proud be shamed, for unjustly they did wickedness against me; but I shall be exercised in thy behests. (Let they who be proud be shamed, for unjustly, or for no reason, they did wickedly against me; but I shall think about thy precepts.)
Ashamed are the proud, For [with] falsehood they dealt perversely with me. I meditate in Thy precepts.
