And the child grew, and she brought him unto Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Moses [that is, Drawn out], and she said, “Because I drew him out of the water.”

Then, when the child had grown some, she brought him to Pharaoh’s daughter; and she began to raise him as her son. She called him Moshe [pull out], explaining, “Because I pulled him out of the water.”
And when he was old enough, she took him to the king's daughter, who adopted him. She named him Moses because she said, “I pulled him out of the water.”
And when the child was grown, she brought him to Pharaoh's daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Moses, and said, Because I drew him out of the water.
And she adopted him for a son, and called him Moses, saying: Because I took him out of the water.
The baby grew, and after some time, the woman gave the baby to the king’s daughter. The king’s daughter accepted the baby as her own son. She named him Moses because she had pulled him from the water.
When the baby was older, his mother took him to Pharaoh's daughter. He now became her son. She gave him the name ‘Moses’. She said, ‘I will call him Moses because I pulled him out of the water.’
When the child grew up, she brought him to Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. She named him Moses, with the explanation, “Because I drew him up out of the water.”

When the child ·grew older [L was weaned], the woman took him to the ·king’s [L Pharaoh’s] daughter, and she adopted the baby as her own son. The king’s daughter named him Moses [C sounds like the Hebrew word for “draw/pull up”], because she had ·pulled [drawn] him out of the water.
Now the child grew, and she brought him unto Pharaoh’s daughter, and he was as her son, and she called his name Moses, because, said she, I drew him out of the water.
When the child was old enough, she brought him to Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. Pharaoh’s daughter named him Moses [Pulled Out] and said, “I pulled him out of the water.”
Later, when the child was old enough, she took him to the king's daughter, who adopted him as her own son. She said to herself, “I pulled him out of the water, and so I name him Moses.”

Later, when he was older, she brought him back to the princess and he became her son. She named him Moses (meaning “to draw out”) because she had drawn him out of the water.
After the child was weaned, she presented him to Pharaoh’s daughter who adopted him as her son. She named him Moses (Pulled-Out), saying, “I pulled him out of the water.”
Now the child grew, and she brought him to Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Moses and said, “Because I drew him out of the water.”

and she betook him, (when) waxen, to Pharaoh’s daughter, whom she (had) purchased into the place of a son; and she called his name Moses, and said, For I took him from the water. (and when he was old enough, she took him to Pharaoh’s daughter, who adopted him as her own son; and she called his name Moses, saying, For I took him out of the water.)
And the lad groweth, and she bringeth him in to the daughter of Pharaoh, and he is to her for a son, and she calleth his name Moses, and saith, `Because -- from the water I have drawn him.'
