But Aviyahu grew strong; he married fourteen wives and became the father of twenty-two sons and sixteen daughters.
Abijah had a total of 14 wives, 22 sons, and 16 daughters.
But Abijah strengthened himself, and took fourteen wives, and begot twenty-two sons and sixteen daughters.
But Abia, being strengthened in his kingdom, took fourteen wives: and begot two and twenty sons, and sixteen daughters.
but Abijah became strong. He married 14 women and was the father of 22 sons and 16 daughters.

Abijah followed up his victory by pursuing Jeroboam, taking the towns of Bethel, Jeshanah, and Ephron with their surrounding villages. Jeroboam never did recover from his defeat while Abijah lived. Later on God struck him down and he died. Meanwhile Abijah flourished; he married fourteen wives and ended up with a family of twenty-two sons and sixteen daughters.
So Abijah grew strong and took fourteen wives and had twenty-two sons and sixteen daughters.
But Abijah became strong. He married 14 wives and fathered 22 sons and 16 daughters.

But Abijah grew mighty, and took for himself fourteen wives, and became the father of twenty-two sons and sixteen daughters.
Therefore Abijah, when his empire was comforted, took fourteen wives, and he begat two and twenty sons, and sixteen daughters. (And so Abijah, when his empire was strengthened, or confirmed, took fourteen wives, and he begat twenty-two sons, and sixteen daughters.)
And Abijah strengtheneth himself, and taketh to him fourteen wives, and begetteth twenty and two sons, and sixteen daughters,
