  19. You say, “Food for the stomach and the stomach for food, and God will destroy them both.” The body, however, is not meant for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.
  20. By his power God raised the Lord from the dead, and he will raise us also.
  21. Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh.”
  22. Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.
  23. Do not deprive each other except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
  24. To the rest I say this (I, not the Lord): If any brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to live with him, he must not divorce her.
  25. And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him.
