  14. “Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still together on the way, or your adversary may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison.
  15. But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
  16. If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles.
  17. “So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.
  18. But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!
  19. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
  20. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”
  21. Jesus Heals a Man With Leprosy

    When Jesus came down from the mountainside, large crowds followed him.
  22. A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.”
  23. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and that one, ‘Come,’ and he comes. I say to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”
  24. When Jesus heard this, he was amazed and said to those following him, “Truly I tell you, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith.
  25. I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.
