⁹ ·Foreign nations [Strangers; Foreigners] have ·eaten up [devoured; sapped] his strength,
    but he doesn’t know it.
·Israel is weak and feeble, like an old man [^LGrey hair is scattered on him],
    but he doesn’t know it.
