3 Sakali mang may lumitaw na bulaang propeta, sasabihin ng kanyang mga magulang na hindi siya dapat mabuhay, pagkat ginagamit pa niya sa kasinungalingan ang pangalan ni Yahweh. At ang mga magulang niya mismo ang papatay sa kanya sa sandaling siya'y magpahayag. 4 Sa araw ngang iyon, wala nang magmamalaking siya ay propeta, wala nang magdadamit-propeta ni magkukunwaring propeta. 5 Sa halip, sasabihin nilang sila'y hindi propeta kundi mga hamak na magbubukid lamang mula sa kanilang kabataan.

New International Version
3 And if anyone still prophesies, their father and mother, to whom they were born, will say to them, ‘You must die, because you have told lies(A) in the Lord’s name.’ Then their own parents will stab the one who prophesies.(B)
4 “On that day every prophet will be ashamed(C) of their prophetic vision. They will not put on a prophet’s garment(D) of hair(E) in order to deceive.(F) 5 Each will say, ‘I am not a prophet. I am a farmer; the land has been my livelihood since my youth.[a]’(G)
