Wisdom of Ben Sira 43:14-17

¹⁴ In the same manner, the storehouses are opened,
    and the clouds fly out like vultures.
¹⁵ In his majesty he gives the clouds their strength
    and breaks the hailstones into smaller pieces.
^16a At the sight of him the mountains quake,
^17a     the thunder of his voice makes the earth writhe.
^16b At his will the south wind blows,
^17b as do the storm from the north and the whirlwind.
He scatters the snowflakes like birds alighting;
    they descend like a swarm of locusts.
