Wisdom of Ben Sira 43:13-15

¹³ By his command he sends the snowstorm
    and speeds the lightning to execute his judgment.
¹⁴ In the same manner, the storehouses are opened,
    and the clouds fly out like vultures.
¹⁵ In his majesty he gives the clouds their strength
    and breaks the hailstones into smaller pieces.
