Yuhuuddu Waa Gardarantahay
2 Sidaas daraaddeed, nin yahow, marmarsiinyo ma lihid ku kastoo aad tahayba kaaga wax xukuma; maxaa yeelay, meeshii aad ku kale ku xukuntid, waad isku xukumaysaa, waayo, kaaga wax xukumaa, waxaad samaysaa isla wixii. 2 Oo waxaannu og nahay in xukunka Ilaah uu ka gees yahay kuwa waxyaalaha caynkaas ah sameeya, sida runta ah. 3 Nin yahow, ma waxay kula tahay, kolkaad xukuntid kuwa waxyaalaha caynkaas ah sameeya oo aad isla wixiina sameeysid, inaad xukunka Ilaah ka baxsan doonto? 4 Ma waxaad quudhsanaysaa hodantinimada wanaaggisa iyo samirkiisa iyo dulqaadashadiisa? Miyaadan garanayn in wanaagga Ilaah kuu kaxeeyo xagga toobadda? 5 Laakiin engegnaantaada iyo toobadla'aanta qalbigaaga aawadood waxaad cadho u urursanaysaa maalinta cadhada iyo muuqashada xukunka xaqa ah oo Ilaah, 6 kan nin kasta u siin doona sida shuqulkiisu ahaa, 7 kuwa dulqaadashada shuqulka wanaagsan ku doondoonaa ammaan iyo ciso iyo dhimashola'aan, wuxuu siin doonaa nolosha weligeed ah; 8 laakiin kuwa iskala qaybqaybiya, oo aan runta addeecin, laakiinse xaqdarrada addeeca, waxaa u ahaan doona cadho iyo ciil, 9 iyo dhibaato iyo cidhiidhiba, oo waxay u ahaan doonaan naf kasta oo dadka sharka sameeya, marka hore Yuhuudda, dabadeedna Gariigga. 10 Laakiin ammaan iyo ciso iyo nabad baa u ahaan doona ku kasta oo wanaag sameeya, marka hore Yuhuudda, dabadeedna Gariigga; 11 maxaa yeelay, Ilaah dadka uma kala eexdo. 12 In alla intii sharcila'aan dembaabtay, sharcila'aan bay halligmi doonaan, oo in alla intii sharciga hoostiisa ku dembaabtayna, sharcigaa lagu xukumi doonaa; 13 waayo, kuwa sharciga maqlaa ma aha kuwa xaqa Ilaah hortiis, laakiinse kuwa sharciga yeela xaq baa laga dhigi doonaa. 14 Markii dadka aan Yuhuudda ahayn oo aan sharciga lahaynu, ay dabiicadda ka sameeyaan waxyaalaha sharciga, kuwan aan sharciga lahaynu waa isu sharci. 15 Waxay muujiyaan shuqulka sharciga oo qalbiyadooda ku qoran, iyagoo garashadoodu u markhaati furayso, oo fikirradoodu midba midka kale ashtakaynayo ama marmarsiinyo samaysanayo, 16 maalinta Ilaah waxyaalaha qarsoon ee dadka ku xukumi doono Ciise Masiix sida injiilkaygu leeyahay.
17 Laakiin adigu haddaad isku sheegtid Yuhuudi, oo sharciga isku hallaysid, oo Ilaah ku faantid, 18 oo doonistiisa taqaanid, oo aad u bogtid waxyaalaha aad u fiican, adigoo sharciga wax lagugu baray, 19 oo aad aaminsan tahay inaad tahay kan haga kuwa indhaha la', iyo kan nuurka u ah kuwa gudcurka ku jira, 20 iyo kan doqonnada qumaatiya, iyo macallinka carruurta, adigoo sharciga ku haysta muuqashadii aqoonta iyo runta; 21 haddaba kaaga kan kale wax baraa, sow wax isbari maysid? Kaaga dadka ku wacdiya, Waxba ha xadina; adigu miyaad wax xaddaa? 22 Kaaga yidhaahda, Yaan la sinaysan, miyaad adigu sinaysataa? Kaaga sanamyada nebcaada, miyaad macbudyo dhacdaa? 23 Kaaga sharciga ku faana, miyaad Ilaah ku cisa jebisaa sharciga aad gudubtay aawadiis? 24 Waayo, magaca Ilaaha waa lagaga caytamaa quruumaha dhexdooda idinka daraaddiin, sida qoran. 25 Waayo, hubaal gudniintu wax bay tartaa, haddaad sharciga yeeshid, laakiin haddaad sharciga gudubtid, gudniintaadii waxay noqotay buuryoqabnimo. 26 Haddaba haddii mid buuryoqab ahu xajiyo qaynuunnada sharciga, buuryoqabnimadiisii miyaan loo tirin doonin sida gudniin? 27 Oo kan jinsigiisu buuryoqab yahay, hadduu sharciga dhammeeyo, miyuusan ku xukumi doonin kaaga sharciga gudba, in kastoo aad haysatid qorniinka iyo gudniinta? 28 Waayo, kii dadka sida Yuhuudi ugu muuqdaa, Yuhuudi ma aha; gudniinta jidhka ka muuqataana, gudniin ma aha; 29 laakiin waxaa Yuhuudi ah kii hoosta Yuhuudi ka ah; gudniintuna waa tan qalbiga, ee ku jirta ruuxa, oo aan ku jirin qorniinka; kaas ammaantiisu kama timaado dadka, waxayse ka timaadaa Ilaah.
Romans 2
New King James Version
God’s Righteous Judgment
2 Therefore you are (A)inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, (B)for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. 2 But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things. 3 And do you think this, O man, you who judge those practicing such things, and doing the same, that you will escape the judgment of God? 4 Or do you despise (C)the riches of His goodness, (D)forbearance, and (E)longsuffering, (F)not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance? 5 But in accordance with your hardness and your [a]impenitent heart (G)you are [b]treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God, 6 who (H)“will render to each one according to his deeds”: 7 eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality; 8 but to those who are self-seeking and (I)do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath, 9 tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew (J)first and also of the [c]Greek; 10 (K)but glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 11 For (L)there is no partiality with God.
12 For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law 13 (for (M)not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified; 14 for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves, 15 who show the (N)work of the law written in their hearts, their (O)conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them) 16 (P)in the day when God will judge the secrets of men (Q)by Jesus Christ, (R)according to my gospel.
The Jews Guilty as the Gentiles
17 [d]Indeed (S)you are called a Jew, and (T)rest[e] on the law, (U)and make your boast in God, 18 and (V)know His will, and (W)approve the things that are excellent, being instructed out of the law, 19 and (X)are confident that you yourself are a guide to the blind, a light to those who are in darkness, 20 an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, (Y)having the form of knowledge and truth in the law. 21 (Z)You, therefore, who teach another, do you not teach yourself? You who preach that a man should not steal, do you steal? 22 You who say, “Do not commit adultery,” do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, (AA)do you rob temples? 23 You who (AB)make your boast in the law, do you dishonor God through breaking the law? 24 For (AC)“the name of God is (AD)blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you,” as it is written.
Circumcision of No Avail
25 (AE)For circumcision is indeed profitable if you keep the law; but if you are a breaker of the law, your circumcision has become uncircumcision. 26 Therefore, (AF)if an uncircumcised man keeps the righteous requirements of the law, will not his uncircumcision be counted as circumcision? 27 And will not the physically uncircumcised, if he fulfills the law, (AG)judge you who, even with your [f]written code and circumcision, are a transgressor of the law? 28 For (AH)he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; 29 but he is a Jew (AI)who is one inwardly; and (AJ)circumcision is that of the heart, (AK)in the Spirit, not in the letter; (AL)whose [g]praise is not from men but from God.

Romans 2
King James Version
2 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.
2 But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
3 And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?
4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds:
7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
8 But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,
9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;
10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:
11 For there is no respect of persons with God.
12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;
13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)
16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
17 Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God,
18 And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;
19 And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness,
20 An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law.
21 Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?
22 Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?
23 Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?
24 For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.
25 For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.
26 Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?
27 And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law?
28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Romans 2
English Standard Version
God's Righteous Judgment
2 Therefore you have (A)no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges. For (B)in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things. 2 We know that the judgment of God rightly falls on those who practice such things. 3 Do you suppose, O man—you who judge those who practice such things and yet do them yourself—that you will escape the judgment of God? 4 Or do you presume on (C)the riches of his kindness and (D)forbearance and (E)patience, (F)not knowing that God's kindness is meant to lead you to repentance? 5 But because of your hard and impenitent heart you are (G)storing up (H)wrath for yourself on the day of wrath when God's righteous judgment will be revealed.
6 (I)He will render to each one according to his works: 7 to those who (J)by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life; 8 but for those who are self-seeking[a] and (K)do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury. 9 There will be tribulation and distress (L)for every human being who does evil, the Jew (M)first and also the Greek, 10 but glory and honor and (N)peace for everyone who does good, (O)the Jew first and also the Greek. 11 For (P)God shows no partiality.
God's Judgment and the Law
12 For all who have sinned (Q)without the law will also perish without the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law. 13 For (R)it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law who will be justified. 14 For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, (S)by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law. 15 They show that the work of the law is (T)written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them 16 (U)on that day when, (V)according to my gospel, God judges (W)the secrets of men (X)by Christ Jesus.
17 But if you call yourself a Jew and (Y)rely on the law and boast in God 18 and know his will and approve what is excellent, because you are instructed from the law; 19 and if you are sure that you yourself are (Z)a guide to the blind, a light to those who are in darkness, 20 an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of children, having in the law (AA)the embodiment of (AB)knowledge and truth— 21 (AC)you then who teach others, do you not teach yourself? While you preach against stealing, do you steal? 22 You who say that one must not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you (AD)rob temples? 23 You who (AE)boast in the law (AF)dishonor God by breaking the law. 24 For, (AG)as it is written, “The name of God is blasphemed (AH)among the Gentiles because of you.”
25 For circumcision indeed is of value (AI)if you obey the law, but if you break the law, your circumcision becomes uncircumcision. 26 So, if (AJ)a man who is uncircumcised keeps (AK)the precepts of the law, will not his uncircumcision be regarded[b] as circumcision? 27 Then he who is physically[c] uncircumcised but keeps the law (AL)will condemn you who have (AM)the written code[d] and circumcision but break the law. 28 For (AN)no one is a Jew (AO)who is merely one outwardly, nor is circumcision outward and physical. 29 But a Jew is one (AP)inwardly, and (AQ)circumcision is a matter of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter. (AR)His praise is not from man but from God.
