⁸ but to those who are ^(A)selfishly ambitious and ^(B)do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, wrath and anger.

¹⁴ But if you have bitter ^(A)jealousy and ^[a]selfish ambition in your heart, do not be arrogant and so lie against ^(B)the truth. ¹⁵ This wisdom is not coming down ^(C)from above, but is ^(D)earthly, ^[b](E)natural, ^(F)demonic. ¹⁶ For where ^(G)jealousy and ^[c]selfish ambition exist, ^[d]there is disorder and every evil practice. ¹⁷ But the wisdom ^(H)from above is first ^(I)pure, then ^(J)peaceable, ^(K)considerate, submissive, ^(L)full of mercy and good fruits, ^(M)without doubting, without ^(N)hypocrisy. ¹⁸ And the fruit of righteousness ^(O)is sown in peace ^[e]by those who make peace.
