Romans 1:21-23

²¹For even though they knew God, they did not ^[a]honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became ^(A)futile in their reasonings, and their senseless hearts were darkened. ²²^(B)Claiming to be wise, they became fools, ²³and they ^(C)exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible mankind, of birds, four-footed animals, and ^[b]crawling creatures.

²²Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

²³And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
