15 ^(A)We who are strong ^(B)have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

⁹ But take care ^(A)that this right of yours does not somehow become a stumbling block ^(B)to the weak. ¹⁰ For if anyone sees you who have knowledge eating^[a] in an idol's temple, will he not be encouraged,^[b] if his conscience is weak, to eat food offered to idols? ¹¹ And so by your knowledge this weak person is ^(C)destroyed, the brother for whom Christ died.

^22 (A)To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak. ^(B)I have become all things to all people, that ^(C)by all means I might save some.
