² Then I saw another angel rising up from the east,^(A) who had the seal of the living God.^(B) He cried out in a loud voice to the four angels who were allowed to harm the earth and the sea,

³ Another angel, with a golden incense burner, came and stood at the altar. He was given a large amount of incense to offer with the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar in front of the throne.^(A)

¹⁵ Another angel came out of the temple, crying out in a loud voice to the one who was seated on the cloud, “Use your sickle and reap, for the time to reap has come, since the harvest of the earth is ripe.”^(A)

¹⁷ Then another angel who also had a sharp sickle came out of the temple in heaven. ¹⁸ Yet another angel, who had authority over fire, came from the altar, and he called with a loud voice to the one who had the sharp sickle, “Use your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the vineyard of the earth, because its grapes have ripened.”

18 After this I saw another angel with great authority coming down from heaven,^(A) and the earth was illuminated by his splendor.
