3 “And to the angel of the church in Sardis write:

“This is what the one who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars says: ‘I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, and you are dead. ² Be on the alert and strengthen the remaining things that are about to die, for I have not found your works completed before my God.
