⁴ And the woman ^(A)was clothed in purple and scarlet, and ^[a]adorned with gold and precious ^[b]stones and pearls, having in her hand ^(B)a gold cup full of abominations and of the unclean things of her ^[c]sexual immorality,

³ For all the nations ^[a]have drunk of the ^(A)wine of the wrath of her sexual immorality, and ^(B)the kings of the earth have committed sexual immorality with her, and the ^(C)merchants of the earth have become rich by the power of her ^[b](D)sensuality.”
