The Second Bowl
3 The second[a] poured out his bowl into the sea. It turned to blood like that of a dead person, and all life in the sea died.(A)
The Third Bowl
4 The third[b] poured out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of water, and they became blood.(B) 5 I heard the angel of the waters say,
You are just,
the Holy One,(C) who is and who was,(D)
because you have passed judgment on these things.

3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.
4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.
5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.

4 Then the third angel poured out his bowl (D)on the rivers and springs of water, (E)and they became blood. 5 And I heard the angel of the waters saying:

The One (G)who is and who [b]was and who is to be,
Because You have judged these things.
