11 Na kua homai ki ahau he kakaho e rite ana ki te tokotoko: a ka mea mai tetahi, E ara, ka whanganga i te whare o te Atua, me te aata, me te hunga e koropiko ana i roto.
2 Me whakarere ia ki waho te marae i te taha ki waho o te whare tapu, kaua tera e whangangatia; kua hoatu hoki ki nga tauiwi: a e takatakahia e ratou te pa tapu, e wha tekau ma rua nga marama.
3 A maku e hoatu he tikanga ki aku kaiwhakaatu tokorua, e poropiti hoki raua, kotahi mano e rua rau e ono tekau nga ra, he taratara ano te kakahu.
4 Ko nga oriwa e rua enei, me nga turanga rama e rua, e tu nei i te aroaro o te Ariki o te whenua.
5 A ki te mea tetahi ki te tukino i a raua, ka puta mai he kapura i o raua mangai, e pau ai o raua hoariri: ki te mea hoki tetahi ki te tukino i a raua, ko te whakamatenga tenei mona.
6 Kei a raua te tikanga mo te kopani i te rangi, kia kaua e ua te ua i nga ra o ta raua poropititanga: kei a raua ano te tikanga mo te whakaputa ke i nga wai hei toto, mo te patu ano i te whenua ki nga patunga katoa, i nga wa e pai ai raua.
7 A, no ka mutu ta raua whakaatu, ka whawhai ki a raua te kararehe e haere ake ana i roto i te poka torere, a e taea raua e ia, e whakamatea raua.
8 Ka takoto ano o raua tinana ki te huarahi o te pa nui, e huaina wairuatia nei ko Horoma, ko Ihipa, ki te wahi hoki i ripekatia ai to raua Ariki.
9 A e toru nga ra me te hawhe e tirohia ai o raua tinana e nga huihuinga tangata, e nga hapu, e nga reo, e nga iwi, e kore ano hoki e tukua o raua tinana kia hoatu ki te urupa.
10 Ka koa hoki ki a raua te hunga e noho ana i te whenua, ka harakoa, ka tapae taonga tetahi ki tetahi; no te mea i whakamamae enei poropiti tokorua i te hunga e noho ana ki te whenua.
11 A muri iho i aua ra e toru me te hawhe, ka uru te manawa ora ki a raua, he mea na te Atua, a ka tu o raua waewae ki runga; nui atu hoki te wehi i pa ki te hunga e titiro ana ki a raua.
12 A ka rongo raua i te reo nui i te rangi e mea ana ki a raua, Haere ake korua ki konei. Na haere atu ana raua ki te rangi i roto i te kapua; me te matakitaki ano o raua hoariri ki a raua.
13 I taua haora ano ka puta he ru nui, ka hinga te wahi whakatekau o te pa; ko nga tangata i mate i taua ru e whitu mano: a ka wehi era atu, a hoatu ana e ratou he kororia ki te Atua o te rangi.
14 Kua pahemo te rua o nga Aue; na ka hohoro te toru o nga Aue te haere mai.
15 Na ka whakatangi te whitu o nga anahera; a ka whai i muri nga reo nunui i te rangi, e mea ana, kua riro te rangatiratanga o te ao hei rangatiratanga mo to tatou Ariki, mo tana karaiti hoki; ko ia ano hei kingi ake ake.
16 Na, ko nga kaumatua e rua tekau ma wha, e noho ra i te aroaro o te Atua i runga i o ratou torona, ka takoto ratou, ko o ratou kanohi ki raro, ka koropiko ki te Atua,
17 Ka mea, Ko ta matou whakawhetai tenei ki a koe, e te Ariki, e te Atua Kaha Rawa; tenei koe inaianei, a i mua ano koe, a kei te haere mai ano; no te mea kua riro i a koe tou mana nui, kua kingi ano koe.
18 I riri hoki nga iwi, a kua tae mai tou riri me te wa mo nga tupapaku e whakawakia ai, te wa hoki e hoatu ai e koe he utu ki au pononga, ki nga poropiti, ki te hunga tapu ano hoki, ki te hunga ano e wehi ana i tou ingoa, ki te hunga nonohi, ki te hunga nunui; e whakangaromia ai hoki te hunga e whakangaro nei i te whenua.
19 A i whakapuaretia ano te whare o te Atua i roto i te rangi, a ka kitea te aaka o tana kawenata i roto i tona whare: na, he uira tera, me nga reo, me nga whatitiri, me te ru, me te whatu nui.

The Two Witnesses
11 I was given a reed like a measuring rod(A) and was told, “Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, with its worshipers. 2 But exclude the outer court;(B) do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles.(C) They will trample on the holy city(D) for 42 months.(E) 3 And I will appoint my two witnesses,(F) and they will prophesy for 1,260 days,(G) clothed in sackcloth.”(H) 4 They are “the two olive trees”(I) and the two lampstands, and “they stand before the Lord of the earth.”[a](J) 5 If anyone tries to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies.(K) This is how anyone who wants to harm them must die.(L) 6 They have power to shut up the heavens(M) so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying;(N) and they have power to turn the waters into blood(O) and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.
7 Now when they have finished their testimony, the beast(P) that comes up from the Abyss(Q) will attack them,(R) and overpower and kill them. 8 Their bodies will lie in the public square of the great city(S)—which is figuratively called Sodom(T) and Egypt—where also their Lord was crucified.(U) 9 For three and a half days some from every people, tribe, language and nation(V) will gaze on their bodies and refuse them burial.(W) 10 The inhabitants of the earth(X) will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts,(Y) because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth.
11 But after the three and a half days(Z) the breath[b] of life from God entered them,(AA) and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them. 12 Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.”(AB) And they went up to heaven in a cloud,(AC) while their enemies looked on.
13 At that very hour there was a severe earthquake(AD) and a tenth of the city collapsed. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the survivors were terrified and gave glory(AE) to the God of heaven.(AF)
14 The second woe has passed; the third woe is coming soon.(AG)
The Seventh Trumpet
15 The seventh angel sounded his trumpet,(AH) and there were loud voices(AI) in heaven, which said:
“The kingdom of the world has become
the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah,(AJ)
and he will reign for ever and ever.”(AK)
16 And the twenty-four elders,(AL) who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces(AM) and worshiped God, 17 saying:
“We give thanks(AN) to you, Lord God Almighty,(AO)
the One who is and who was,(AP)
because you have taken your great power
and have begun to reign.(AQ)
18 The nations were angry,(AR)
and your wrath has come.
The time has come for judging the dead,(AS)
and for rewarding your servants the prophets(AT)
and your people who revere your name,
both great and small(AU)—
and for destroying those who destroy the earth.”
19 Then God’s temple(AV) in heaven was opened, and within his temple was seen the ark of his covenant.(AW) And there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder,(AX) an earthquake and a severe hailstorm.(AY)

As duas testemunhas
11 E foi-me dada uma cana semelhante a uma vara; e chegou o anjo e disse: Levanta-te e mede o templo de Deus, e o altar, e os que nele adoram. 2 E deixa o átrio que está fora do templo e não o meças; porque foi dado às nações, e pisarão a Cidade Santa por quarenta e dois meses.
3 E darei poder às minhas duas testemunhas, e profetizarão por mil duzentos e sessenta dias, vestidas de pano de saco. 4 Estas são as duas oliveiras e os dois castiçais que estão diante do Deus da terra. 5 E, se alguém lhes quiser fazer mal, fogo sairá da sua boca e devorará os seus inimigos; e, se alguém lhes quiser fazer mal, importa que assim seja morto. 6 Estas têm poder para fechar o céu, para que não chova nos dias da sua profecia; e têm poder sobre as águas para convertê-las em sangue e para ferir a terra com toda sorte de pragas, quantas vezes quiserem. 7 E, quando acabarem o seu testemunho, a besta que sobe do abismo lhes fará guerra, e as vencerá, e as matará. 8 E jazerá o seu corpo morto na praça da grande cidade que, espiritualmente, se chama Sodoma e Egito, onde o seu Senhor também foi crucificado. 9 E homens de vários povos, e tribos, e línguas, e nações verão seu corpo morto por três dias e meio, e não permitirão que o seu corpo morto seja posto em sepulcros. 10 E os que habitam na terra se regozijarão sobre eles, e se alegrarão, e mandarão presentes uns aos outros; porquanto estes dois profetas tinham atormentado os que habitam sobre a terra. 11 E, depois daqueles três dias e meio, o espírito de vida, vindo de Deus, entrou neles; e puseram-se sobre os pés, e caiu grande temor sobre os que os viram. 12 E ouviram uma grande voz do céu, que lhes dizia: Subi cá. E subiram ao céu em uma nuvem; e os seus inimigos os viram. 13 E naquela mesma hora houve um grande terremoto, e caiu a décima parte da cidade, e no terremoto foram mortos sete mil homens; e os demais ficaram muito atemorizados e deram glória ao Deus do céu.
14 É passado o segundo ai; eis que o terceiro ai cedo virá.
A sétima trombeta
15 E tocou o sétimo anjo a trombeta, e houve no céu grandes vozes, que diziam: Os reinos do mundo vieram a ser de nosso Senhor e do seu Cristo, e ele reinará para todo o sempre. 16 E os vinte e quatro anciãos, que estão assentados em seu trono, diante de Deus, prostraram-se sobre seu rosto e adoraram a Deus, 17 dizendo: Graças te damos, Senhor, Deus Todo-Poderoso, que és, e que eras, e que hás de vir, que tomaste o teu grande poder e reinaste. 18 E iraram-se as nações, e veio a tua ira, e o tempo dos mortos, para que sejam julgados, e o tempo de dares o galardão aos profetas, teus servos, e aos santos, e aos que temem o teu nome, a pequenos e a grandes, e o tempo de destruíres os que destroem a terra.
19 E abriu-se no céu o templo de Deus, e a arca do seu concerto foi vista no seu templo; e houve relâmpagos, e vozes, e trovões, e terremotos, e grande saraiva.
