3 och de sjöng Guds tjänare Moses sång och Lammets sång:[a]
”Stora och förunderliga är dina gärningar,
Herre Gud, Allsmäktig.
Du är rättfärdig och sann
i allt vad du gör,
du folkens kung.[b]
4 Vem skulle inte frukta dig, Herre,
och prisa ditt namn?
Du ensam är helig.
Alla folk ska komma och tillbe dig,
för din rättfärdighet har blivit uppenbar.”
Sju änglar med sju plågor
5 Sedan såg jag hur templet i himlen, förbundstecknets tält[c], öppnades. 6 Och från templet kom de sju änglar som hade med sig de sju plågorna. De var klädda i skinande vitt linne och hade guldbälten över bröstet. 7 En av de fyra levande varelserna räckte de sju änglarna varsin skål av guld, fylld av Guds vrede, vreden från honom som lever i all evighet. 8 Templet fylldes då av rök från Guds härlighet och kraft, och ingen kunde gå in där förrän de sju plågorna från de sju änglarna var över.

3 and sang the song of God’s servant(A) Moses(B) and of the Lamb:(C)
“Great and marvelous are your deeds,(D)
Lord God Almighty.(E)
Just and true are your ways,(F)
King of the nations.[a]
4 Who will not fear you, Lord,(G)
and bring glory to your name?(H)
For you alone are holy.
All nations will come
and worship before you,(I)
for your righteous acts(J) have been revealed.”[b]
5 After this I looked, and I saw in heaven the temple(K)—that is, the tabernacle of the covenant law(L)—and it was opened.(M) 6 Out of the temple(N) came the seven angels with the seven plagues.(O) They were dressed in clean, shining linen(P) and wore golden sashes around their chests.(Q) 7 Then one of the four living creatures(R) gave to the seven angels(S) seven golden bowls filled with the wrath of God, who lives for ever and ever.(T) 8 And the temple was filled with smoke(U) from the glory of God and from his power, and no one could enter the temple(V) until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.

3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.
4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.
5 And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:
6 And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.
7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.
8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.
