139 （ 大 卫 的 诗 ， 交 与 伶 长 。 ） 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 已 经 鉴 察 我 ， 认 识 我 。
2 我 坐 下 ， 我 起 来 ， 你 都 晓 得 ； 你 从 远 处 知 道 我 的 意 念 。
3 我 行 路 ， 我 躺 卧 ， 你 都 细 察 ； 你 也 深 知 我 一 切 所 行 的 。
4 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 舌 头 上 的 话 ， 你 没 有 一 句 不 知 道 的 。
5 你 在 我 前 後 环 绕 我 ， 按 手 在 我 身 上 。
6 这 样 的 知 识 奇 妙 ， 是 我 不 能 测 的 ， 至 高 ， 是 我 不 能 及 的 。
7 我 往 哪 里 去 躲 避 你 的 灵 ？ 我 往 哪 里 逃 、 躲 避 你 的 面 ？
8 我 若 升 到 天 上 ， 你 在 那 里 ； 我 若 在 阴 间 下 榻 ， 你 也 在 那 里 。
9 我 若 展 开 清 晨 的 翅 膀 ， 飞 到 海 极 居 住 ，

11 我 若 说 ： 黑 暗 必 定 遮 蔽 我 ， 我 周 围 的 亮 光 必 成 为 黑 夜 ；
12 黑 暗 也 不 能 遮 蔽 我 ， 使 你 不 见 ， 黑 夜 却 如 白 昼 发 亮 。 黑 暗 和 光 明 ， 在 你 看 都 是 一 样 。

139 耶和华啊！你鉴察了我，

2 我坐下，我起来，你都知道；
你在远处就明白我的意念。
3 我行路，我躺卧，你都细察；
我的一切行为，你都熟悉。
4 耶和华啊！我的舌头还没有发言，
你已经完全知道了。
5 你在我前后围绕着我，
你的手按在我身上。
6 这样的知识奇妙，是我不能理解的；
高超，是我不能达到的。
7 我到哪里去躲避你的灵？
我往哪里去逃避你的面呢？
8 如果我升到天上，你在那里；
如果我在阴间下榻，你也在那里。
9 如果我展开清晨的翅膀，
飞到海的极处居住，
10 就是在那里，你的手仍必引导我，
你的右手也必扶持我。
11 如果我说：“愿黑暗遮盖我，

139 O Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me.
2 You know my sitting down and my rising up.
You understand my thought from afar.
3 You search out[b] my wandering and my lying down,
and are acquainted with all my ways.
4 For there is not a word yet on my tongue,
but behold, O Yahweh, you know it completely.
5 You barricade me behind and in front,
and set your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me.
It is set high; I cannot prevail against it.
7 Where I can go from your Spirit,
or where can I flee from your presence?
8 If I ascend to heaven, there you are,
and if I make my bed in Sheol, look! There you are.
9 If I lift up the wings of the dawn,
and I alight on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand would lead me,
and your right hand would hold me fast.
11 And if I should say, “Surely darkness will cover me,
and the light around me will be as night,”
12 even the darkness is not too dark for you,[c]
and the night shines as the day—
the darkness and the light are alike for you.
13 Indeed you created my inward parts;[d]
you wove me in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you, because I am fearfully
and wonderfully made.[e]
Wonderful are your works,
and my soul knows it well.
15 My frame[f] was not hidden from you,
when I was created secretly,[g]
and intricately woven
in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my embryo,[h]
and in your book they all were written—
days fashioned for me when there was not one of them.
17 And to me, how precious[i] are your thoughts, O God;
how vast is their sum.
18 If I should count them,
they would outnumber the sand.
I awaken, and I am still with you.
19 If only you would kill the wicked, O God—
so get away from me, you bloodthirsty men—[j]
20 who speak against you deceitfully.
Your enemies take your name in vain.
21 Do I not hate those who hate you, O Yahweh?
And do I not loathe those who rise up against you?
22 I hate them with a complete hatred;
they have become my enemies.
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 And see if there is in me the worship of false gods,[k]
and lead me in the way everlasting.
