Psalm 8:5-9

⁵ You have made them^[a] a little lower than the angels^[b](A)
    and crowned them^[c] with glory and honor.^(B)
6 You made them rulers^(C) over the works of your hands;^(D)
    you put everything under their^[d] feet:^(E)
7 all flocks and herds,^(F)
    and the animals of the wild,^(G)
8 the birds in the sky,
    and the fish in the sea,^(H)
    all that swim the paths of the seas.
