⁹ For ^(A)zeal for Your house has consumed me,
And ^(B)the taunts of those who taunt You have fallen on me.

⁵⁰ Remember, Lord, the ^(A)taunt against Your servants;
^[a]How I carry in my heart the taunts of all the many peoples,

⁵¹ With which ^(A)Your enemies have taunted, Lord,
With which they have taunted the footsteps of ^(B)Your anointed.

^7 (A)Listen to Me, you who know righteousness,
A people in whose ^(B)heart is My Law;
Do not fear the ^(C)taunting of ^[a]people,
Nor be terrified of their abuses.

⁴ “Fear not, for you will ^(A)not be put to shame;
And do not feel humiliated, for you will not be disgraced;
But you will forget the ^(B)shame of your youth,
And no longer remember the ^(C)disgrace of your widowhood.
