6 (5) For you, God, have heard my vows;
you have given me the heritage of those who fear your name.

7 (6) Prolong the life of the king!
May his years go on for many generations.
8 (7) May he be enthroned in God’s presence forever!
Appoint grace and truth to preserve him!
