Psalm 50:8-15

New American Standard Bible

⁸ I do ^(A)not rebuke you for your sacrifices,
And your burnt offerings are continually before Me.
⁹ I will not take a ^(B)bull from your house,
Nor male goats from your folds.
¹⁰ For ^(C)every animal of the forest is Mine,
The cattle on a thousand hills.
¹¹ I know every ^(D)bird of the mountains,
And everything that moves in the field is ^[a]Mine.
¹² If I were hungry I would not tell you,
For the ^(E)world is Mine, and ^[b]everything it contains.
¹³ Shall I eat the flesh of ^[c](F)bulls
Or drink the blood of male goats?
¹⁴ Offer God ^(G)a sacrifice of thanksgiving
And ^(H)pay your vows to the Most High;
^15 (I)Call upon Me on the day of trouble;
I will ^(J)rescue you, and you will ^(K)honor Me.”
