Psalm 35:23-25
New English Translation
23 Rouse yourself, wake up[a] and vindicate me.[b]
My God and Lord, defend my just cause.[c]
24 Vindicate me by your justice, O Lord my God.
Do not let them gloat[d] over me.
25 Do not let them say to themselves,[e] “Aha! We have what we wanted!”[f]
Do not let them say, “We have devoured him.”
