¹¹ The counsel of the Lord stands forever,
the plans of his heart from generation to generation.^(A)

¹⁹ to those who say,
“Let him hurry up and do his work quickly
so that we can see it!
Let the plan^(A) of the Holy One of Israel^(B) take place
so that we can know it!”

As I have purposed, so it will be;
as I have planned it, so it will happen.^(A)

25 Lord, you are my God;^(A)
I will exalt you. I will praise your name,
for you have accomplished wonders,
plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness.

⁸ The grass withers, the flowers fade,^(A)
but the word of our God remains forever.”^(B)
