Psalm 32:3-5

3 When (A)I kept silent about my sin, (B)my [a]bones wasted away
Through my [b](C)groaning all day long.
4 For day and night (D)Your hand was heavy upon me;
My [c](E)vitality was drained away as with the heat of summer. [d]Selah.
5 I (F)acknowledged my sin to You,
And my iniquity I (G)did not cover up;
I said, “(H)I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh;”
And You (I)forgave the [e]iniquity of my sin. Selah.
