Yahweh, Save Me
A Psalm of David. When [a]he fled from Absalom his son.
3 O Yahweh, how (A)my adversaries have become many!
Many are rising up against me.
2 Many are saying [b]of my soul,
“There is no (B)salvation for him in God.” [c]Selah.
3 But You, O Yahweh, are (C)a shield about me,
My (D)glory, and the One who (E)lifts my head.
4 I was calling to Yahweh with my voice,
And He (F)answered me from (G)His holy [d]mountain. Selah.
5 [e]I (H)lay down and slept;
I awoke, for Yahweh sustains me.
6 I will (I)not be afraid of ten thousands of people
Who all around (J)have set themselves against me.

ଏହା ହେଉଛି ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ନିଜ ପୁତ୍ର ଅବଶାଲୋମ ନିକଟରୁ ପଳାୟନକାଳୀନ ଗୀତ।
3 “ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୋର ବହୁତ ଶତ୍ରୁ ଅଛନ୍ତି।
ବହୁତ ଲୋକ ମୋ’ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଲାଗିଛନ୍ତି।
2 ବହୁତ ଲୋକ ମୋ’ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ କଥା ହେଉଛନ୍ତି।
ସେହି ଲୋକମାନେ କହୁଛନ୍ତି, “ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ତାକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରି ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।” ସେଲା
3 କିନ୍ତୁ ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ,
ଏହା କେବଳ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯିଏକି ମୋର ଢାଲ ସ୍ୱରୂପ।
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋର ମହିମା।
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ମୋତେ ପ୍ରାଧାନ୍ୟ ଦେଇଛ।
4 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବି
ଏବଂ ସେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପବିତ୍ର ପର୍ବତରୁ ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବେ। ସେଲା
5 ମୁଁ ଶୋଇଲି ଓ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ନେଲି ଏବଂ ମୁଁ ଜାଣେ ମୁଁ ପୁଣି ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହେବି,
କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋତେ ସର୍ବଦା ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି।
6 ହଜାର ହଜାର ସୈନ୍ୟମାନେ ମୋ’ ଗ୍ଭରିକଡ଼ରେ ଘେରି ରହିଲେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା
ମୁଁ ସେହି ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ କେବେ ଭୟ କରିବି ନାହିଁ।
7 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଉଠ!
ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆସ ଓ ମୋତେ ରକ୍ଷା କର।
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅତି ବଳଶାଳୀ ଅଟ।
ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ଗାଲରେ ମାରିଥା’ନ୍ତ,
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେହି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ସବୁ ଦାନ୍ତଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ସହଜରେ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଦେଇଥା’ନ୍ତ।
8 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଶେଷରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ହିଁ ବିଜୟ ହେବ।
ଦୟାକରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କର। ସେଲା

1 Lord, how many are my foes!
How many rise up against me!
2 Many are saying of me,
“God will not deliver him.(B)”[b]
3 But you, Lord, are a shield(C) around me,
my glory, the One who lifts my head high.(D)
4 I call out to the Lord,(E)
and he answers me from his holy mountain.(F)
5 I lie down and sleep;(G)
I wake again,(H) because the Lord sustains me.
6 I will not fear(I) though tens of thousands
assail me on every side.(J)

3 But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
4 I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.
5 I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the Lord sustained me.
6 I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.
7 Arise, O Lord; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
8 Salvation belongeth unto the Lord: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.
