New International Version
2 Let Israel rejoice(A) in their Maker;(B)
let the people of Zion be glad in their King.(C)
3 Let them praise his name with dancing(D)
and make music to him with timbrel and harp.(E)
4 For the Lord takes delight(F) in his people;
he crowns the humble with victory.(G)
5 Let his faithful people rejoice(H) in this honor
and sing for joy on their beds.(I)

Be glad and rejoice(C) with all your heart,
Daughter Jerusalem!
15 The Lord has taken away your punishment,
he has turned back your enemy.
The Lord, the King of Israel, is with you;(D)

they will say to Jerusalem,
“Do not fear, Zion;
do not let your hands hang limp.(G)
17 The Lord your God is with you,
the Mighty Warrior who saves.(H)
He will take great delight(I) in you;
