³⁰ “I can do nothing on my own. I judge only as I hear, and my judgment^(A) is just,^(B) because I do not seek my own will, but the will of him who sent me.^(C)

⁴ who gave himself for our sins^(A) to rescue us from this present evil age,^(B) according to the will of our God and Father.^(C)

⁹ He made known to us the mystery of his will,^(A) according to his good pleasure that he purposed in Christ^(B)

¹⁷ And the world with its lust is passing away,^(A) but the one who does the will of God^(B) remains forever.^(C)
