to shoot from the shadows(C)
    at the upright in heart.(D)
3 When the foundations(E) are being destroyed,
    what can the righteous do?”

4 The Lord is in his holy temple;(F)
    the Lord is on his heavenly throne.(G)
He observes everyone on earth;(H)
    his eyes examine(I) them.
