Psalm 106:22-24

²²awesome deeds in the land of Ham,^[a]
    astonishing deeds at the Reed^[b] Sea.
²³He would have destroyed them
    but for Moses, his chosen one,
who stood in the breach before him
    to avert^[c] his destructive wrath.

²⁴They rejected the desirable land,
and they didn’t trust his promise.
