Psalm 105:14-16

¹⁴He didn’t permit anyone to oppress them.
He warned kings about them:
¹⁵“Do not touch my anointed ones
or harm my prophets.”

¹⁶He brought famine to the land.
He took away their food supply.

Psalm 105:14-16

New International Version

¹⁴He allowed no one to oppress^(A) them;
for their sake he rebuked kings:^(B)
¹⁵“Do not touch^(C) my anointed ones;
do my prophets^(D) no harm.”

¹⁶He called down famine^(E) on the land
and destroyed all their supplies of food;

¹⁴He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes;

¹⁵Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

¹⁶Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.
