¹⁹ They will ^(A)throw their silver into the streets, and their gold will become an impure thing; their ^(B)silver and their gold will not be able to deliver them in the day of the fury of Yahweh. They cannot satisfy their soul, nor can they fill their stomachs, for their iniquity has become an occasion of stumbling.

¹⁹ And I will say to my soul, “Soul, ^(A)you have many goods laid up for many years to come; take your ease, eat, drink and be merry.”’ ²⁰ But God said to him, ‘^(B)You fool! This very night ^[a](C)your soul is required of you; and ^(D)now who will own what you prepared?’
