Psalm 9:3-8

New American Standard Bible

³ When my enemies turn back,
They stumble and ^(A)perish before You.
⁴ For You have ^(B)maintained ^[a]my just cause;
You have sat on the throne ^[b](C)judging righteously.
⁵ You have ^(D)rebuked the nations, You have eliminated the wicked;
You have ^(E)wiped out their name forever and ever.
^6 [c]The enemy has come to an end in everlasting ruins,
And You have uprooted the cities;
The very ^(F)memory of them has perished.

⁷ But the ^(G)Lord ^[d]sits as King forever;
He has established His ^(H)throne for judgment,
⁸ And He will ^(I)judge the world in righteousness;
He will execute judgment for the peoples fairly.
