¹¹ They ^(A)forgot his works
    and ^(B)the wonders that he had shown them.

²¹ They ^(A)forgot God, their Savior,
    who had done great things in Egypt,
²² wondrous works in ^(B)the land of Ham,
    and awesome deeds by the Red Sea.

⁷     so that they should set their hope in God
and not forget ^(A)the works of God,
    but ^(B)keep his commandments;

¹⁸ You were unmindful of ^(A)the Rock that bore^[a] you,
    and you ^(B)forgot the God who gave you birth.

^32 (A)Can a virgin forget her ornaments,
    or a bride her attire?
Yet ^(B)my people have forgotten me
    days without number.
