Proverbs 27:8-10

⁸ As a bird that wanders from her nest, so is a man who wanders from his own place.

⁹ As ointment and perfume rejoice the heart, so does the sweetness of hearty counsel by a man’s friend.

¹⁰ Do not forsake your own friend or your father’s friend; nor enter into your brother’s house on the day of your calamity. For better is a neighbor who is near than a brother far off.
