Proverbs 24:6-8

⁶ For with counsel you shall wage your war. And health is in a multitude of counselors.

⁷ Wisdom is high to a fool. He cannot open his mouth in the gate.

⁸ He who plots to do evil, men shall call him an author of wickedness.
