Proverbs 21:11-13

¹¹ When the scoffer is punished, the simple are made wise. And when one instructs the wise, he will receive knowledge.

¹² The righteous teaches the house of the wicked. But God overthrows the wicked for their evil.

¹³ He who stops his ear at the crying of the poor shall also cry and not be heard.
