²⁶ Also, it is not good to condemn the just, nor to strike princes for equity.

²⁷ Whoever has knowledge, spares his words. And a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.

²⁸ Even a fool, when he holds his peace, is counted wise; and he who stops his lips, prudent.
