²⁶ The thoughts of the wicked are abomination to the LORD. But the pure have pleasant words.

²⁷ He who is greedy for gain, troubles his own house. But he who bears gifts, shall live.

²⁸ The heart of the righteous studies to answer. But the wicked man’s mouth babbles evil things.
