Proverbs 15:19-21

¹⁹ The way of the slothful is as a hedge of thorns. But the way of the righteous is plain.

²⁰ A wise son rejoices the father. But a foolish man despises his mother.

²¹ Foolishness is joy to him who is destitute of understanding. But a man of understanding walks uprightly.
