Proverbs 14:29-31

²⁹ He who is slow to wrath, is of great wisdom. But he who is of a hasty mind, exalts folly.

³⁰ A sound heart is the life of the flesh. But envy is the rotting of the bones.

³¹ He who oppresses the poor, reproves Him Who made him. But he who has mercy on the poor, honors Him.
