10 Con el bien de los justos, se regocija la ciudad(A),
Y cuando perecen los impíos, hay gritos de alegría.
11 Por la bendición de los rectos, se enaltece la ciudad,
Pero por la boca de los impíos, es derribada.
12 El que desprecia a su prójimo carece de entendimiento[a],
Pero el hombre prudente guarda silencio.

11 By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.
12 He that is void of wisdom despiseth his neighbour: but a man of understanding holdeth his peace.
