¹² It is an abomination for kings to commit wickedness,
For ^(A)a throne is established by righteousness.

101 I will sing of mercy and justice;
To You, O Lord, I will sing praises.

26 Vindicate ^(A)me, O Lord,
For I have ^(B)walked in my integrity.
^(C)I have also trusted in the Lord;
I shall not slip.

⁷ For the king trusts in the Lord,
And through the mercy of the Most High he shall not be ^[a]moved.

⁵ In mercy ^(A)the throne will be established;
And One will sit on it in truth, in the tabernacle of David,
^(B)Judging and seeking justice and hastening ^(C)righteousness.”

⁷ He shall abide before God forever.
Oh, prepare mercy ^(A)and truth, which may ^[a]preserve him!
