¹² So then, my beloved, ^(A)just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your ^(B)salvation with ^(C)fear and trembling;

² according to the ^(A)foreknowledge of God the Father, ^(B)by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, ^[a]to ^(C)obey Jesus Christ and be ^(D)sprinkled with His blood: ^(E)May grace and peace ^[b]be yours in the fullest measure.

^21 (A)He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and ^(B)he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will ^(C)disclose Myself to him.”

²³ Jesus answered and said to him, “^(A)If anyone loves Me, he will ^(B)keep My word; and ^(C)My Father will love him, and We ^(D)will come to him and make Our abode with him.

^10 (A)If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as ^(B)I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.

¹⁴ that you keep the commandment without stain or reproach until the ^(A)appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ,

^3 (A)By this we know that we have come to ^(B)know Him, if we ^(C)keep His commandments.

²⁴ The one who ^(A)keeps His commandments ^(B)abides in Him, and He in him. ^(C)We know by this that ^(D)He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

³ For ^(A)this is the love of God, that we ^(B)keep His commandments; and ^(C)His commandments are not burdensome.
