Numbers 32:9-11

⁹ “For when they went up all the way to the river of Eshcol, and saw the land, they discouraged the heart of the children of Israel, so that they would not go into the land which the LORD had given them.

¹⁰ “And the LORD’s wrath was kindled the same day, and He swore, saying,

¹¹ ‘None of the men who came out of Egypt from twenty years old and above shall see the land which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, because they have not wholly followed Me,
