14 “Behold, you have risen up in your fathers’ place, an increase of sinful men, to increase the fierce anger of Yahweh toward Israel. 15 For if you turn away from after him, he will yet again leave them in the wilderness; and you will destroy all these people.”
16 They came near to him, and said, “We will build sheepfolds here for our livestock, and cities for our little ones;

14 “And here you are, a brood of sinners, standing in the place of your fathers and making the Lord even more angry with Israel.(A) 15 If you turn away from following him, he will again leave all this people in the wilderness, and you will be the cause of their destruction.(B)”
16 Then they came up to him and said, “We would like to build pens(C) here for our livestock(D) and cities for our women and children.
