⁴⁹ They said to Moses, “Your servants have counted the men of war who are under our care, not missing one of them. ⁵⁰ We have therefore brought an offering to the Lord from what each man has taken from the gold jewelry, the chains, the bracelets, rings, earrings, and necklaces, to make atonement for ourselves before the Lord.”

⁵¹ Moses and Eleazar the priest took the gold from them, all crafted jewelry.
